My design career has evolved out of the intersections between the arts, education, consulting, and a deep sense of purpose tied to helping others achieve their best results. My practice is rooted in positive deviance and human systems intervention, and my focus for the past decade has centred around building and measuring desirable organizational cultures. Whether I’m conducting design research, or prototyping a new service, culture, or system I am always looking for the human element in the problem or puzzle to be solved. Being a musician, I bring an artist’s lens to the craft of innovation.
When not in the studio I enjoy riding my bike, playing my violin, and doing the Sunday crossword. I love a good glass of red wine, and a belly-laugh in my garden. My north star is my family, and the driving force behind my desire to make the world a better place one project at a time.
