Fine tuning collaboration:
Refining meetings in a fast-paced creative workplace

One of the world’s foremost apparel innovators engaged us to help them advance their collaborative practices, specifically when their high performing teams are in meetings and workshops.

We engaged a significant subset of the marketing team in an initial research phase, doing both quantitative and qualitative work to understand the lived experience of the Marketing Operations Managers across various lines of business. Once we understood the needs and wants of the various stakeholders, we designed a custom learning program to fit their fast-paced culture as well as a tightly curated set of tools and frameworks to help teams quickly engage in creative processes and then make rapid decisions.

As a result of the workshops and tools that we developed, the teams are experiencing more focused effective meetings and workshops. They are making informed decisions that capture the inputs and expertise from the cross-functional teams and using the templates and tools that we created to help share outputs and insights from their meetings.
